New Client Discovery Session
A 90-minute in-depth intake session for first-time clients. This session includes a comprehensive discussion of your goals, history, and an introductory hypnotherapy experience.
Session Price: $145
Required for all new clients. Helps create a tailored plan that supports your long-term healing and growth.
Clarity Session
A 50-minute in-office hypnotherapy session tailored to your personal goals. Ideal for addressing anxiety, habit change, emotional clarity, or as follow-up support.
Session Price: $100
Individual sessions are available on a per-visit basis. This option is perfect for returning clients or those exploring one session at a time.
Session Length & Insurance Information
Most sessions are 50 minutes and thoughtfully paced to support your healing without feeling rushed. For deeper work—such as regression—we may plan for extended time based on your needs.
If this is your first session, please allow up to 90 minutes. This gives us the space to explore your history, intentions, and goals with care.
At this time, I do not bill insurance directly. However, I’m happy to provide a detailed receipt that you can submit to your provider for possible reimbursement, depending on your policy.
Package & Payment Policies
Purchasing a session package offers meaningful savings and reflects a strong commitment to your therapeutic journey. All packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
If you need to cancel and provide at least 48 hours’ notice, your session payment will be credited toward a future appointment. Please call and leave a voicemail — email cancellations are not accepted.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Appointment times are not reserved until the intake form is submitted and payment is received.
All payments are processed securely through Square using the card you place on file. In-person clients may pay in cash when booking future appointments if preferred.
