Buying packages results in significant savings, and shows dedication and commitment to your growth in therapy. Packages are to be paid in full upfront and payment is due at time of session, however you may also pay in advance. I require 48 hour notice for appointment cancellation. Clients who cancel less than 48 hours in advance or don't show up will be *REQUIRED* to pay for session in advance to show they are serious about reserving my time. No refunds for missed appointments. If you call with at least 48 hours notice to cancel, payment for session may be credited to another appointment time. CALL and leave voicemail to cancel, DO NOT EMAIL. Appointment time is not reserved until intake form is submitted and $20 deposit is received that goes toward total cost of session. At this time I accept payment via cash, card, and venmo payments to @cloudmind

Sessions are 60 minutes. For special cases such as regression, we may plan for a longer session. For first time sessions, please allow 90 minutes so I can gather your history, and arrive 15 minutes early to fill out new client intake paperwork if you haven't completed it online.
