Buying packages results in significant savings, and shows dedication and commitment to your growth in therapy. Packages are to be paid in full upfront and payment is due at time of session, however you may also pay in advance. Clients who give at least 48 hour notice of cancellation will have session payment credited to another time (call and leave voicemail, do not email!) No refunds for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hour notice. Appointment time is not reserved until intake form is submitted and $50 deposit is received that goes toward total cost of session. I accept payment via cash, card, and venmo payments to @cloudmind

Sessions are 60 minutes. For special cases such as regression, we may plan for a longer session. For first time sessions, please allow 90 minutes so I can gather your history, and arrive 15 minutes early to fill out new client intake paperwork if you haven't completed it online.
